This course is a certification course of the theology of SEE Globally offering a biblical-theological approach to understanding marriage, singleness, offspring, family, identity and sexuality within the larger rubric of our redemptive history in Christ. The course provides a biblically-grounded inclusive vision of spiritual family that values all members as fully blessed in Christ regardless of marital status and recognizes singleness and marriage as equally valid callings for kingdom service within the Body of Christ. The course is aimed at students of all nations and cultures will offer them the opportunity to reflect pastorally and practically on the implications of the biblical principles for their ministry contexts. Students will have the opportunity to grow individually in their particular kingdom calling and spiritual journey while simultaneously expanding the horizons of their ecclesiology lived out in the their ministry within the local church. The course targets pastors, Christian leaders and global workers, Bible School and seminary students, but can be valuable as well to biblically literate lay-persons.
